【 一個人的療癒約會】
心情低落的時候,我偶爾會一個人去看電影。
喜歡提早出門,慢慢晃去搭公車前往戲院,看著車窗外面不斷流動的景色,彷彿就能暫時擺脫那種被困在此處的感覺。
流動的景色、電影、爆米花,是那些能讓我明亮柔軟起來的日常魔法元素。

【 A Solo Healing Date 】
When I'm feeling low, I sometimes go to the movies alone.
I like leaving early, taking my time to wander to the bus stop, and watching the scenery flow past the window on the ride to the theater. Somehow, it makes me feel a little less stuck.
The passing views, the film, the popcorn—these are the everyday bits of magic that soften the edges of my gloom and bring a quiet brightness back to me.
